We are very fortunate to have Place2Be and Family Learning supporting our school community, as part of our school familiy.

Place2Be is the UK’s leading children’s mental health charity providing in-school support and expert training to improve the emotional wellbeing of pupils, families, teachers and school staff.

Lindzie Flockhart, our school Project Manager works Wedneday to Friday and would be very happy to meet and discuss the positive role and impact Place2Be has in our school.

We work hard to make our school welcoming to all our school community. Family and parental support of pupils’s education are two of the biggest determinants of pupil success. For that reason, our Family Learning Worker, Barbara Middleton works to support families in both deleveloping key literacy and numeracy learning skills and support in the home, to enable pupils the best opportunity to achive their potential. Barabara works Wednesday and Thursday’s and is very happy to meet parents/carers. Please contcat her in person at school, through the school email or by letter.
